- Once the system restarts and you return to the installation process, press "Shift + F10" again to reopen the Command Prompt.
- Type the following command and press Enter:
ipconfig /release{codeBox}
- This ensures that the system remains offline during setup.
Step 4: Complete the Setup
Continue with the installation process. When prompted to create an account, you will now have the option to set up a local account without needing to sign in with a Microsoft account.
